Privat ANNA is situated directly in Zuberec village under the Roháče mountain The accommodation is in the attic of a family house with access from the separate entrance.

- Accommodation consists of two rooms, toilet, shower stall, kitchen, and ski depository
- 1 room with 2 beds and 2 extra beds;
- Both rooms share toilet and shower;
- Food not served, but there is a completely equipped kitchen (gas cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, plates, glasses, cutlery);
- TV with Slovak and Czech programs;
- Other: ski depository, parking in the courtyard, in summer possibility to sit in the garden.

From the rooms you can see the surrounding nature, ski lifts Zuberec- Milotín, Zuberec – Janovky.
